Good luck with the application. I am not aware of any rules on the length of the CV, perhaps someone else can advise on that.
I always think a CV should be as long as it needs to be especially if it is looking to demonstrate or support an application and specific competencies. I'd concentrate on the value add for the CV and then, if you need to make it more succinct you can do that prior to submitting it.
