Next steps

Hi all, I have 3 years HR experience within a detention/prison environment as a HR Administrator. This was my first HR job and i previously worked in hospitality industry training the reservation department as well as being a senior reservation agent. I have achieved CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Practice and I'm two units away from completing my studies in CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. My current role has given me alot of experience as a HR generalist role as I work within a small team. I would say that my role is at a level of a HR Officer really. What should my next step be another HR Administrator/Assistant Role or go for an Advisor role?
