1 Level 5 Certificate vs. Diploma

Hi all,

I'm in the process of applying for my workplace to fund my level 5 (yay!) and I've found a provider I'm happy with who I think is low cost enough for me to get the approval on the certificate, however the diploma is an additional £700 which I think will leave me declined.

Is there a major difference in the eyes of any potential future employers which I need to be aware of?

I don't know if potential future employers will see it differently , but as someone studying the Level 5 certificate it already covers most of the core modules and a significant part of the optional modules so my opinion is that it should not make too much difference.
