Career Aspects...What role would I likely to get?

Hi,

I was wondering what kind of role I could possibly apply for after completing my Level 5.

So I previously completed my level 3 without any HR experience and managed to get a job as an HR apprentice (I'm currently working as) and studying for my Level 5 now. My current contract will end in two years and by the end of this will have a level 3 and level 5 CIPD and 2 years working in HR environment.

What role kind of role can I apply for and would it be worth it complete a level 7?

    Hi Erica,

    That depends on the scope of your current role as an HR apprentice, but most likely you could apply for HR Administrator/HR Assistant roles afterwards.
