Katherine from the CIPD Customer Experience team here. We are looking for a few people to take part in a feedback session about the Professional Standards Framework design. As you know, the CIPD are developing a set of new professional standards - you can find out more here. The framework will will set out the knowledge and behaviours required to support people professionals to make confident choices, develop them throughout their careers, and inspire them for the future.
