I am soon graduating with a master in HR and due to the fact that i have no experience at work which is giving me stress because every job advert requires experience. I do not know where to start from now .
Should i start with a voluntary job to gain experience or maybe go for a experience placement , yet i need to have financial support .
Help me with advice on what to do
