Dissertation: Managing diversity and it's Impact on organisational performance

Hello,

The reason why am asking is because am soon writing my dissertation and I am longing forward for organisation which could give me access to interview or sent questionnaires to so as to give me more information in relation to my topic which is '' Managing Diversity Workforce and it's Impact on Organisational Performance'' OR maybe any organisations that base in South Sudan or maybe here and I can request access but of course after having my signed ethical consideration sheet from the university

    Chol, I do not think you have broken any rules of this site. I think the issue is getting access to an organisation to conduct your research. Getting access to organisations is very difficult, I may want to investigate some area in NASA or MI6 but without an invitation or knowing someone very important there is no chance I would ever get in the door.

    The easiest way is to look at firms which you already know or maybe even the University where you are studying
