Hi All, 

I am struggling with one part of my assessment and was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers. 

I have to provide a justification of the need for alignment between engagement practices and other corporate components but I'm struggling to find examples or information on this? I don't know if its just the way its worded or I am having one of those days but I'm really struggling. 

If anyone could give me any pointers or advice I'd be extremely grateful.
