I am after a bit of advice with regards to the Level 7 advanced Employment Law course. In Feb '18 I completed the Level 5 Diploma in HRM and became an associate (great feeling!) i would like to know if the Level 7 advanced course is suitable for someone with limited exposure in a HR Enviornment. I currently manage a team of 8 employees and deal with day to day HR processes / procedures - more so policy's, contracts, recruitment, disciplinarys, GDPR etc
However, my main duty role is manamgent and over time i have taken on general HR responsibilites. I want to pursue a career within HR and prodiminately employment law - i just want to make sure i am not jumping in the deep end with the advanced course.
Any feedback / what to expect from the advanced course will be greatly appricated.
