Level 7 CIPD

Hi,

I have recently been promoted to HR Advisor after 2+ years as HR Admin and completed my level 5 in June. I work in a small team alongside the HR Manager looking after 210 staff so I do experience a lot in my role than I ordinarily would in perhaps a bigger business.

My concern is that I may be underexperienced for the level 7..

I do feel it is the best time to complete with the level 5 fresh in my mind and I want to keep progressing. If someone asked me in 2 years would I like to do the level 7 I would probably say no after being out of study mode for so long, and I may even want kids then..

Is anyone in a similar situation but still going for it?

Any advice would be appreciated :)
