Hello all,

I am currently studying MSc Business with Human Resources Management and I am at the stage of exploring ideas for my dissertation topic. I would like to see what topics or challenges that people working within the profession think need further exploration. I am most interested in current debates surrounding gender neutrality in the workplace, workplace diversity (particularly the negative implications of the enforcement of diversity quotas) and the effect of new-wave feminism on women in the workplace.

I would be grateful to hear your suggestions.
