What next?

Hello, I was hoping for some advice. I already hold Associate member status. I completed level 5 certificate HRM in 2012. I am looking to do something academic to strengthen my job opportunities and can’t decide whether to do level 7, the diploma OR become CMI qualified in coaching. I have been more people management than pure HR, but I don’t know what my next role will look like. Currently looking.   • Hi Sarah, it really depends what you want to do as a career. If you're not sure or want to give yourself options the Level 7 CIPD is the obvious option - it gives you much more breadth. Maybe choose a provider which gives you the option to take coaching as one of the modules.
