Which course is for me?

I am currently a retail store manager & have dealt with many in house HR procedures & L&D. I am really interested in this field & im looking to add qualifications to back up experience & make a career change. However I am unsure which course I should apply for, level 3 or 5? Please can anyone shed any light?

  • Start at Level 3, then go onto Level 5. If you start at Level 5 then you will be missing out on vital learning that isn't covered on the Level 5. It is even more extreme at Level 7. Dealing with HR procedures as a manager is totally different to working in HR. The big mistake a lot of people make is by thinking of the Levels academically when you need to think of them as professionally. There has been threads on this subject in the past
