I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I am completing the final assignment for the Reward Management module where it asks you to explore an area in the business where employees who do similar work are paid differently
I am focusing on the salary levels for new recruits however I am struggling to find any case studies / case law which relates specifically to this. Everything I am finding seems to be based on gender pay.
Does anyone know of any examples or can offer any advice?
