Torn between level 7 cipd certificate college which I completed level 3 and 5 at or university masters in hrm....what employers more interested in?

Hi Kate,
I am studying HRM as a Masters with CIPD Level 7. Some Universities offer this option, mine is with Manchester Met

Just bear in mind that if you go for the Certificate , this isn't the full diploma as is about half the modules. You would need to have successfully completed the full diploma/have the required experience to be able to apply to upgrade to Chartered membership.
