20 People practice initiative examples

Hi, I am studying CIPD 5 with ICS and I am very stuck on one question, if anyone could help me in the right direction or has any examples?

Identify a people practice initiative that has been put in place in response to some form of internal or external feedback, set out the purpose of this initiative and explain how you would evaluate the impact of this initiative paying particular attention to levels of engagement within the organisation

Ok - well I went on a quest and spoke to someone today and managed to get some ideas on this. This is true, I know it’s not due till the end but I thought since I started I’ll finish it and move on.

Is there anything you can identify from an employee survey (internal feedback) Often than can lead to new initiatives such as a change to benefits/introducing flexi-bens, career pathways, enhanced development opportunities.
