I'm current in the process of upgrading to Fellow and have my telephone interview later in the month. Please can those who have upgraded before me tell me

Hi

I went through the upgrading process a couple of years ago and went along to one of the upgrading sessions at a CIPD conference and was pleased to be accepted for fellow. Im happy to chat through my experience if it would help?
