Sorry for the late response. I am returning to studying after a few years so am finding it a bit challenging. But otherwise its a good experience so far and the opportunity to learn is great. If you have any specific concerns just message me and i'll try my best to be of help.

Ladies i have just completed my L5. It is challenging, but i learnt so much from this course and it gave me the insight to see the hows and whys of HR. If i can be of help please ask.

Not at this stage Mariana as i don't think i would benefit from it. Maybe a few years down the line. I work as a HR Manager but i am considering consultancy.

I am really struggling to get my head around it and not sure where to start for the formative assignment!!
