I was wondering if anyone has recently completed 5DVP02
I'm after a bit of advise and guidance on how the structure should be. This is my last submission before i complete this diploma and most challenging as i didn't follow the recommended structure.
I'm struggling to get my head round the writing the CPD and PDP and what i need need to write as part of
Assessment Criteria: 3.3.
During your programme, provide a reflective summary of your performance against the plan. You should also identify any future development needs and record these in your PDP
I'm studying with ICS.
