Hi,

I am looking to enroll in CIPD qualification online. Utterly confused between Level 5 and Level 7. To give a bit of background, I have 4 years of experience in HR after an MBA specializing in HR. I have 1 year of non-HR experience prior to MBA. All of my work experience was in India and now in Middle East, I have again started at Junior Management level due to break in work(maternity for 1.5 years). What is recommended for me? Level 5 or 7?
