I've been asked to complete this prior to an interview which I do not feeling understand. Can someone clarify it for me please?

"A new Sickness Absence Policy is being piloted across the organisation. Provide a guide on how to progress through each stage effectively (no longer than 1 page)"

Have they provided you with the new policy?

As Elizabeth has stated I would request further information and clarification. Are they speaking about the Policy itself or about the communication and implementation of the Policy?
