Hi Laura - like most students I am really struggling with this one. I have my topic aim and objectives signed off but can't seem to get an exact understanding of what is next - I have chosen Managing Performance as my topic. With many thanks Melanie Hobden (see post above)Hi, once you have identified the area of interest/improvement, do a stakeholder analysis to sell your recommendations to a specific group, I found working backwards from those recommendations helped my report to stay on track. Oh and reference as you go!
