I am really struggling with the solutions side of things, for the critical literature review. In terms of how to set it all out etc...

Hi Merle, I'm actually working around supporting the transition of returning to office-based working and will be looking at flexible/home working as well. I'm lucky enough to be able to survey employees to get their views on how they feel this should work.

I'd be grateful for any tips you may have?
