Building Employment Law knowledge/ Specialist Qualification

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all having a fantastic week. I have been researching qualifications in this area but am struggling to find the type of resources I need, i'm hoping someone else has already found what i'm looking for!

I am currently working at a Head of HR level, and have 15 years experience in HR and ER. I would say my employment law knowledge is pretty good and I keep up to date with case law, etc, but its a fascinating area and I am always looking to build on this experience.

So I am trying to find out what resources are out there to build a more structured/ formal understanding of Employment Law. I cant see any CIPD courses which specialize in this and the university courses I can see only provide for a general law qualification (without the ability to specialize in EL at the start). I already have a postgrad in HR/Training and my MCIPD so I am ideally looking for something to build on the generic EL knowledge we all accumulate over the years.

Does a formal qualification in this exist? If not, can anyone suggest a way to build on this knowledge over and above the the usual seminars, case studies etc?

Thanks

Fiona
