I have just started Unit 3 5CHR Business Issues and the Contexts of Human Resources. 

I'm really stuck and can't understand the difference between factors and forces, my organisation I am looking at is Marks and Spencer.

I wondered if anyone had done this and how they found it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
