Level 7 is the obvious next step but if you simply don't require that level of qualification there are many other options that will make you a better HR Professional. Coaching is a popular qualification and SHL A&B (or whatever they are called now) is great for some activities. A number of employment law courses, small and large depending on your appetite. The list is endless.. go with what will advance your career within you company most and pick things that interest you too..
