I would have thought your tutor, college, awarding body would be able to give you the definitive answer to the passmark.

As for difficulty, I think that depends on the individual.

Hi Chisom, I sat my exam in September don't know if I have passed yet, but my advice is make sure you stick to limiting your time to each questions as I spent too much time on the case study and then panicked answering the other questions, as did not give enough time to answering the last two questions and ended up rushing my answers. Make sure you read all the chapters recommended and look at current CIPD research as you will need to demonstrate you have read wider than just the course material covered by your provider.
