I have just started CIPD LV5 I am currently attempting to complete my first Level 5 assignment and I am struggling with the structure of this.

I was hoping one of you could be so kind as to share your assignment with me so I can make sure I am on the right lines?

    Hi Alex i’m wondering if anyone could let me have a look at SHR02 Workforce Planning & Talent Management, it’s my first assessment and all I seem to do is read & think it’s because I don’t really know what the format is or what they are looking for, feels like i’m going round in circles and not really getting much on paper Face palm tone1‍♀️ w would you be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks (also not sure how to start a new post on here, first time i’ve been on here!
