2 Refresher Course

Hi All!

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction..

I studied my Level 3 back in 2013 and Level 5 in 2017 but unfortunately was in a position where i couldn't use my knowledge. I know am in a very good job but wish to refresh my training so i can feel more up to date?

Any advice as to where i can start would be really appreciated!

Not sure re the value of a refresher course Cassie. 70% of the skills we use on the job we learn on the job (70-20-10 Rule).
If you want to refresh your knowledge there is no better place to start than here. Visit the community regularly and you will learn the challenges and solutions to, the most recent issues in HR from some truly exceptional HR professionals

You could also do level 7. Not easy but with it.
