I am studying the Level 7 (new qualifications) Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development. For module 7CO03 Personal effectiveness, ethics and business acumen I need to build a portfolio of evidence. As I am not in an L & D role, I am looking for opportunities to gather evidence/experience that I could use for the portfoio. Things such as observation, work shadowing and voluntary roles.
