Not sure if this is the best place to ask but...

Someone I know is very experienced in Organisational design and change management (from an HR perspective). They have done work in the gulf before but for parts of large organisations (inc finance/banking) that they were working for anyway.

They are looking at going back out there on a contract basis and asked me if I knew of any agencies specialising in that area (professionally and geographically) , I don't but thought some here might.
