CIPD Level 5 - Consulting Models Please!

Hi everyone,

I'm just finishing off my first assessment and final question is:

Discuss Processes For Consulting And Engaging With Internal Customers To Understand Their Needs.

It suggests referencing consulting models. Does anyone have any suggestions or articles I can use please?

    I would suggest looking up consulting models but generally, it will consist of the following:

    1 Some sort of contracting or agreement to get their commitment to the objective of your work.
    2. Assessment of everything as it is
    3. Then I suppose you would move to the development of solutions options for your client
    4. Execution plan for the selected solution
    5. Some sort of assessment or survey to measure the impact of your work
