CPD courses in HR Metrics an Analytics

Good day HR colleagues 

I am I interested in specialising in data, dashboarding and metrics to move my HR career to a more focused direction after rising up through the HR business partner / manager route. 

I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has moved in this direction and take any perspectives/advice.

Also any insights into reputable training providers/ certifications?

  • Hi Valentina, I would recommend looking at the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR). They have a specific course on HR Metrics and Dashboarding and you get a certificate at the end. I did this course a couple of years ago and was helpful particularly if you’re wanting to use Power BI.
