CIPD Level 5 5CO02 Task 2

Hello, Is anybody on or completed task 2 from 5CO02 who wouldn’t mind assisting? I am really struggling with pulling the data and getting my head around the assessment criteria. Any help would be greatly appreciated Kind regards Naomi

  • Hi Naomi, what exactly are you struggling with? Is it the calculation of percentages or presenting data in graphs? I can offer some tips, get in touch. Miktutor0@gmail.com
  • HI Naomi - your study centre should be able to provide support with this so do reach out to them. :)

  • Hi Naomi,

I'm currently working on Task 2 of 5CO02 as well, and I’d be happy to assist you. Feel free to reach out with any specific questions or areas you're struggling with, and I'll do my best to help.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Tessa,

I'm on Task 2 of 5CO02 now and I've tried to seek support from my course provider but not getting exactly what I need.
I feel between what the course content ACP and CIPD Lab say I need to do for AC2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 is conflicting, which doesn't help when I'm unsure how I'm meant to structure these three "questions".

Is this something you can shed light on from your experience please? I only started in July 2024, so will be based on the updated content.

    Thanks,
    Hanna

Hi Hanna - I hope you are enjoying your CIPD studies. Your provider should be able to help you with this. Also make sure you have looked at the CIPD's guidance video if you haven't seen it yet. You can find them on the CIPD's YouTube channel - just be careful to use the correct version.

    Hey Jackie,

    Thanks for this.
Sadly I'm on a certain plan that has little interaction with a course leader, other than a drop in session on Thursdays, assuming I get a limited space. So just wanted to try elsewhere for support as this is very much self study.
I'll look for this YouTube video though.

    Thanks,
    Hanna
