Level 7 Chartered Member

Hi, I was hoping to get some advise around Level 7 Chartered Member Qualification. I have a level 5 Associate member currently working as an Employment Relations Manager, I am very much interested in obtaining my Level 7 CIPD to become a chartered member and would like to know if the process is the same as getting a Level 5. Do I need to go for classes and get an assessment through written assignment? How long will it take to get a level 7 and what is the cost? Thanks

  • Hello Ann, the page links below should answer your questions. A level 7 qualification is a CIPD Advanced Diploma. You get the Assoc CIPD title once you successfully complete the Advanced Diploma. You can then upgrade to Chartered Member.

Alternatively, you could take an experience assessment to apply for Chartered Member status.
