Just wondering if anyone is currently studying this unit? I've just had the feedback on my first submission and all was a pass except task 2.3.

The feedback I have had is 'You have made some good points here, but you need to be addressing the 8 steps in Kotter’s model. You have given more of a general overview, rather than working through the 8 steps'

I've asked if they could give me a bit more detail but come back with pretty much the same answer
