Hello, 

I need some advice as; I am not sure what my next step should be.

I am a Human Recourses Management graduate; I graduated 5 years ago.

What attracted me the most to this major is the L&D field as I am creative, and I like helping others develop and learn.

Since my graduation I have been trying to enter that area however, most positions in my city are for experienced individuals, and I cannot relocate. I have applied for HR opportunities as well, to build my experience.

2 years have passed with no job back in Covid and currently, I only have entry level experience in personnel.

I find it difficult to change my career path, my current company does not have a growth opportunity for me, and they have told me so.

Studying for CIPD is one way I thought of to boost my career, I have mentioned in my CV that I am currently perusing it however, it is still not enough as, I still very rarely get a call back.

Actually, I believe I have received more opportunities back when I was a fresh graduate!
