I am about to complete my foundation level and whilst I do not find the content challenging, I really struggle with remote learning and would like the option of some in person learning too - does such a thing exist?

If you can't find an in person option that suits you could choose an online study centre that offers a more supportive approach so that you get live webinars in small classroom sized groups, 121 coaching and development support. That way you get a combination that feels like a classroom setting and gives you a chance to ask questions and discuss topics in a group and 121 with your coach but without the travel.
