i am completing my L7 Apprenticeship and one portfolio item relates to Budget Management (K3, S3). The suggested evidence is “a budget you have created and managed for your area of work”.
I work for an NHS Trust, and very few people get to manage a budget. I’m struggling for ideas of how to complete this piece of evidence with little access to budgetary management.
I had thought about submitting evidence of work to reduce Bank and Agency spending, and would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.
