I am on my very final task of my Level 3 which is the interview recording. This needs to be 20 minutes long. Just wanted to know if anyone submitted via a video conference call via Zoom? I think the recording can then be downloaded as an mp4 if I'm correct? Any advice and tips would be appreciated as I really want to submit asap so I don't miss the CIPD June moderation window! . TIA
I complete my level 3 in 2020 and the video recording wasn't my favourite. To be honest i think i went very old school, i think i figure out what length file size would be accepted and then i broke my interview down into chunks, so i would do 5 mins for example, stop, save, go again, name each section part 1, 2 etc ... very untechy i know.

Hi. A good friend helped me in my recording and played the part of the interviewee. I devised a script that was followed and ensured it was within the specified time limit. Hope that helps
