2 CIPD Level 5 query

Hi all, I am.studying my Level 5 through Learn Direct. I have had my assignment referred due to the final question asking for a copy of my CPD or one of the CIPDs, CPD reflection tool.... I took a screenshot of my Personal Development Plan from work, but it isn't good enough, I can only assume it's because it has a lack of detail. But thats how my company do them, not ideal, but I presently not in HR so am unable to raise this directly at this time. I have decided to use the CPD reflection tool from CIPD as suggested, but maybe I am missing something, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere, I dont think it is in the learning materials and it is not on the CIPD website, so I am feeling a bit stuck. Can anyone help with either where I can find the reflection tool, or an example of the CPD they submitted so I can get an idea of what I am missing? Thanks in advance

Hi Alison,
I briefly remember this assignment (well one like it), I'm sure the provider i used at the time provided resources for it, they gave detail on how to access the CIPD CPD reflection tool and also provided a manual way to complete it. Have you reached out to your course tutor to ask ? They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi! I understand your frustration — the screenshot of your PDP probably wasn’t enough because markers want to see actual CPD reflection: what you learned, how you applied it, and its impact. The CIPD reflection tool is usually available to members under “Tools & Templates” or as a “Learning Journal/CPD Record” on their website, but if you can’t access it, you can just create your own table showing the activity, what you learned, how you applied it, and the outcome. That level of detail is what markers are looking for.
