Cost Effective Training Certifications for myself as Head HR

Hello CIPD community!

I hope you all are doing well.

I am seeking some advice on the certifications I could take since I am a young HR and in the longer run, I would be responsible for covering training for the senior level in my team who are editors, analysts, senior engineers, researchers etc. from across three regions in US, UK and India.

Although, I am very efficient for training new joiners and mid-level in India since I am based in India, how do I upskill myself for US and UK market?
