I completed a People Graduate Scheme in May and I’m finding it really difficult to figure out my next step. I have an MA in HR and CIPD Level 7, with experience across OD, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Engagement and People Partnering. Despite this, I’m unsure what direction to take and not really getting any opportunities... I don't really know what to do next. I am in London and I'm happy to share or send my CV over if you'd like to see it.
It is frustrating, as I’ve been applying and speaking to recruiters (they don't get back)... I have had my CV checked by multiple HR professionals and they said it's great. I just need a chance to progress now and take the next steps.
Do any of you know of any specific recruiters or advice or anything relevant that would help me? It'd be greatly appreciated.
