CIPD Level 7 - Apprenticeship

Hi

I have completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma a couple of years ago, I'm thinking of progressing to Level 7.

Can I access this through an apprentice route? I'm thinking of raising this with my employer and the use of the levy. 

Any advice would be appreciated.
