CIPD Diploma Level 5 - 5HRF - HELP !!!

Good morning all

I trust you are all safe and well

I have rattled through my assignments to date and successfully completed 5UIN, 5RST, 5EML and 5CHR - however, i am now on 5HRF and i am lost - completely

I think having a break from learning to help steer this business through the pandemic hasnt help but if any help exists outside, i would surely appreciate the help !

In order to give back, i am happy to assist anywhere i can with the modules above that i have completed and passed

Does anyone know of any good research articles to complete question 5 of the latest brief? the article needs to exhibit a correlation between positive organisational outcomes with HR practices and evidence how investment in human capital can impact on organisational practice.

Hi Reena, did you get anywhere with this section on positive organisation outcomes? I am struggling on this last point too, and the parts about High Performance Working which I just cannot get my head around at all. If anyone can suggest?!
