CIPD LEVEL 5 RST Assignment

Hi I’ve just started my level 5 Diploma in January and have now been given my first assignment for the unit Resourcing and Talent Planning. Have read through the workbook and using the CIPD website for fact sheets and journals for research. Just wanted to ask advice on how to choose which country to compare with the UK for looking at Labour Market Trends as so much to choose from! All advice welcome and thank you in advance! Cheryl
