I’ve just started my level 5 Diploma in January and have now been given my first assignment for the unit Resourcing and Talent Planning.
Have read through the workbook and using the CIPD website for fact sheets and journals for research.
Just wanted to ask advice on how to choose which country to compare with the UK for looking at Labour Market Trends as so much to choose from!

Hi Cheryl. What did you decide int he end? I have just looked to start this unit assessment - I went through everything then gulped, so did Reward Management first, now coming back to this!
Hi Sally, how did you get on? I completed the resource and talent planning finally, Once I got started it started to fall into place, getting going was hardest part for me. About to start reward management now
