I am about to start my Level 3 in People Practice. Both excited and nervous!

I haven't studied since my GCSE's, which was 17 years ago. I have been working at a Solicitors since I left school and have worked my way up to be the Office Manager.

I have never written an assignment in my life so any help or advice would be really appreciated, would love a study buddy if anyone else is also starting the Level 3?

I opted for the new CIPD 2021 qualification so there is less info on the internet about what resources/books are helpful, so guidance on that too would be amazing.
