Hi there,

I obtained the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM but trying to find a course or certification more related to my area eg. Recruitment & Talent. At to this point my role has been very hands on along with strategy and managing talent pools, but my role will start changing soon as where I work they want to focus more in, succession planning, workforce planning, etc. So I'm looking for a training course to start covering the basics as well as/or certification as well. However, I'm not sure which are recommended within the industry. 

Do you have any suggestion?

Suggesting reading material will be useful as well.

I saw a TMI Certification (US) but not sure if it's good or if anyone has any feedback on it.
