I supervise L7 students who are required to do a Management Research Project and then provide a reflective statement. The biggest mistake I see is that their statement is simply a summary of what they did during the project.

The clue is in the word reflective. So, reflecting on your learning: what are the key things you've learnt (academic, practical, about yourself etc)? How has your thinking about your career, your skills and your strengths changed? What has resonated the most with you? How do you want to use these insights to make you a better practitioner and to progress your career inf future? What would you do differently if you were starting again now?
